Just wanted to send a special thank you to you for getting me in and out of there last week. My life has me traveling a lot and when I am home it feels impossible to be in Fenton and get my Volvo down there for service. When I spoke with you last Monday and you were able to get me on the schedule right then I was really appreciative. The thought of getting in and out of there with the time you had mentioned for the service seemed optimistic because many other service stations say one hour and three go by while still sitting there with no communication. I had to speed the process along because I have a very busy practice to tend to and not much time for maintenance of my vehicle. I want to take a moment and express my sincere thanks to a member of your staff - Mr. Jason Gary. Jason has helped me on several occasions and each time he has been patient, friendly, and informative. He is a primary reason I use Swedish Engineering for parts for both my Volvos. Jason takes the time to listen to what I think I need, then explains in a tactful friendly manner what I "really" need. Thanks so much for taking the time to explain how to fix my limp windshield wiper - you first offered to have me come in and get it fixed for free, but because I wouldn't be able to arrive before closing you explained step-by-step the simple process. While I take pride in doing the majority of repairs and service to my vehicles on my own, I follow the same advice I tell my radio show audience when it comes to the best technicians.
